General Session approved Minutes of the Board of Directors will be provided as interim information on the activities of the Association. They have been reviewed by the Board of Directors following the close of the period, are un-audited, and available directly from our management company*.
Our management company charges for direct and actual costs of searching for, pulling from storage, redacting, copying or saving electronically, and delivery of all requested documents and records. (Civ. Code §5600.) They will inform the requesting party of the cost in advance. (Civ. Code §5205(f) and (g).)
