Yorba Linda Village Board Meetings are held on the forth Monday of each month starting at 7:00 PM in the pool cabana area. If the location or time is changed, such as due to bad weather, an alternate location and/or time will be posted in the bulletin board case located in that area.
Some Board Meetings are rescheduled due to holidays or during our July summer recess. To confirm a Board Meeting will be held on a specific date, contact the Management company by email at AMSS@ylvhoa.com or by phone at (909) 444-7655
Board Meetings are open to Yorba Linda Village homeowners only, unless special arrangements for attendance have been made through our Management company. The Board encourages homeowners who do not live on site to attend.
At the beginning of each meeting is the Homeowner’s Forum, when a homeowner may present information to the Board, submit questions or offer suggestions. In advance of the Homeowner’s Forum, each homeowner who wishes to speak is requested to sign in. Homeowners will be called to speak in the order of sign in. Each homeowner is allowed a total of 3 minutes to speak to the Board on all subjects. The Board will listen, possibly ask questions and may take notes. Following the meeting, the Board through the management company will inform the homeowner of the Board’s decision on the issue, request additional information or communicate information to the homeowner about the subject.
